Elmhay Wedding Photography - Joe + Emma

Elmhay is a beautiful venue situated within the expansive grounds of the Orchardleigh Estate. With an outdoor wedding planned on one of the hottest days of the year, we knew it was going to be great day!

We headed straight to Lewis Lodge where Joe and the boys were getting ready. It had clearly been a late night for a couple of them who were still getting dressed! Joe was using handheld fan to keep himself cool and we arrived in time to see the waistcoats going on, ties being tied and jackets being put on. We left them to and and headed back to the Courtyard to catchup with Emma and the bridesmaids.

We arrived so capture the dress hanging up together with the shoes and flowers and managed to final hair and makeup touches before the big reveal to her father underneath the arch in the Courtyard.

The outdoor ceremony took place in the Italian Garden and was followed by confetti then the reception.  Hannah Glenncross Vocalist provided the musical entertainment and her excellent singing took place before and after the ceremony and during the Reception.

We covered the usual group photos including a request to get a photos of just the guys in kilts before the couple photos before the wedding breakfast. The outside game of Prosesso Pong was very well supported throughout the day! Darren Campbell the Magician was present during the afternoon performing his unbelievable magic on the guests - always fascinating to watch him at work!

Speeches took palace before the wedding breakfast which gave us a chance for a short break and a drone flight over the venue for some serial photos.

Evening entertainment was provided by HotShotsEntertaiment together with the Photo Booth. The dance floor was extremely popular despite it being a warm evening which was great for us to capture some really epic dance floor action with both photos and video!
