Eastington Park Wedding Photography - Liam + Christie

My first time back at Eastington Park this year and as always it didn't disappoint!  Christie and the the bridesmaids were already there when I arrived and Liam was there soon after. It’s so much easier when the bride and groom get ready under the same roof! I visited Christie first and hung her dress up at the end of the 4 poster bed - it’s a guaranteed photo at this venue as there’s so much space for the bridal party to get ready.

Liam, the best man, groomsmen and the Dads were a short distance away making it easy to get between the couple for photos as the morning progressed and both parties got prepared for the ceremony.

I noticed a new footpath had been constructed from the front of the building down to the patio area where the outdoor ceremonies are held. This makes it much easier for the bride and guests to walk down rather that across (the sometimes wet!) grass. I made full use of it to walk down to the gardens ready for the photos later on that afternoon.

After a quick chat with the Vicar regarding where I could stand for the photos, everything was ready for the brides arrival in a classic car. Soon enough the ceremony was done and it was outside for a confetti shot under the church gate. Fortunately it was quite warm and dry so no problems for the guests to wait for the newlyweds to arrive.

Once we were back at Eastington, there was a second confetti throw followed by the family and group photos, plus some couple photos before everyone headed inside for the wedding breakfast. I didn’t manage to get many couple photos before the meal but this time of year with a late sunset, we took the opportunity afterwards for the more formal couple portraits in the gardens and near the river. The evening guests slowly arrived and before long it was time for the first dance complete with confetti canon, courtesy of Hotshots Entertainment.
