Coombe Lodge Wedding Photography - Luke + Leanne

It’s always a pleasure to be able to return to Coombe Lodge for wedding and Luke & Leanne’s was no exception.

The couple met at a Pub about 10 years but it wasn’t really the right time for us both then but rekindled 6 years later and here we are today! 

Where was the proposal? Bristol harbour, one of our favourite things to do on a summer evening is to walk around the harbour with the dogs and stop off for a pint of cider! 

What were you most excited for on your wedding day?
Getting all of our family and closest friends together and beginning a new chapter in our lives

Why did you choose that venue?

We both just had ‘the feeling’ that it was the right place, it ticked all of our boxes and I think with a wedding venue it’s how it makes you both feel.

What were your favourite parts of the day?
Having a live band was an essential part of our day as we both have a passion for music. It was all about the party for us!

Any other tips for future couples?
Choosing a great photographer and/or videographer is fundamental, The day goes so quickly and its really lovely that you have these people capturing it all for you to look back on. Rich and Lisa are very knowledgeable and understand the process inside out. Especially for those couples who have never married before, it’s comforting how much support you get from your photographer to guide you through the day to make sure you’re in the right place at the right time.
