Can we speak/meet before we book you?

Yes of course! We spend a lot of time with you on the day so it's important we are right for you. Use the Contact form to get in touch.

How much is the deposit?

A date cannot be held without a deposit and we already have bookings two years ahead; early booking is highly recommended. A non-returnable deposit of £200 secures the date and payment can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer. The balance is due 6 weeks before the wedding date.

Can you video our wedding as well as take the photos?

Yes we can! Take a look at our Prices page which shows the options.

Can we speak to you before the wedding?

Wherever possible we will arrange to speak to you before the wedding to go through your requirements and plans. This is likely to be by video call which saves time for all of us.

Can you stay later for fireworks/sparklers etc?

Yes of course but you would need advise us before the day. Each extra hour beyond 9pm is charged at £150 per hour.

We're not good in front of the camera!

Yes we know, we're the same! Every couple you see on this site has voiced the same concern and I reckon we did ok! It's our job to help you and give you that little bit of direction on the day to help you nail it.

How long does it take to get the pictures?

It can take around 6 weeks to produce the final photographs from your day although this can vary with the time of year.

Do you edit the photos?

Every single photo is edited individually and corrected for colour and composition. Further work can be completed in Photoshop if required (blemish removal etc).

How long does the online gallery stay available?

At present, indefinitely. All our galleries from our first wedding in 2006 up to the present day are still available online.

Do the gallery photos have watermarks?

All your images are watermark free and can be downloaded without restriction. Prints can be purchased from the online gallery if required.

How far do you travel?

We will travel anywhere! We are happy to discuss your plans if you want us to travel to your wedding!

Who has copyright of the images?

Clients are able to share and print their own photos but the copyright remains with us.
