All Saints Church and Tortworth Court Wedding Photography - Georgia + Liam
Georgia & Liam came to us from a recommendation which is always great to hear! We arranged to meet them for some pre-wedding photos at Willsbridge Mill which we always find a great ice-breaker. It also gives couples a chance to meet us before the big day and to see how we work.
The wedding took place at All Saints Church in Winterbourne and the Westminster Room at Tortworth Court. We attended the Church rehearsal which is a great way to not only meet some of the family but also the person conducting the ceremony and find the best place for us to photograph/film and not get in the way but also to achieve the best possible photos.
The day of the ceremony was a quick trip to both couples family homes for some prep photos before heading off to the Church. Fortunately we had somewhere to park (not always possible!) and the ceremony was finished off with a large group photos on the steps outside the Church.
The Westminster room is ideal for a wedding at Torthworth Court as it offers easy access to the outside seating area and bar. The room also offers plenty of space for the wedding breakfast and the dancing later on in the day. The room itself exudes sophistication, with its high ceilings, intricate woodwork, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. This creates a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. The room's elegant décor complements any wedding theme, adding a touch of timeless beauty to the occasion.
The couple and group photos were taken in the picturesque grounds in the lovely afternoon summer sun which gave us a variety of settings for the photos. The evening party featured a surprise Elvis impersonator who entertained the guests for an hour and certainly got the party started before the band continued the party into the night!
